ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ARBITRATION

From the American Arbitration Association to the International Chamber of Commerce, a group of leading foreign arbitral bodies released a joint declaration on the COVID-19 pandemic soon after the pandemic began. The statement emphasizes the importance of cooperation among the various institutions to ensure that all are making the best use of digital technology for remote working. The COVID-19 pandemic has thus brought the use of technology in legal practice to the forefront.
