Canberk YILDIZ

Canberk YILDIZ is a U.S.-based, foreign-trained lawyer who completed his LL.M. at Boston University School of Law with high academic standing, specializing in Intellectual Property and Information Law. He previously graduated with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and later earned a high-honors LL.M. in Personal Data Protection and Private Law from Bahcesehir University, where his thesis focused on modern surveillance technologies and privacy law.

Throughout his wide-ranging legal career, he served as a Data Protection Officer at Metro Cash & Carry, advising on GDPR and KVKK compliance within a multinational corporate structure. He also handled high-volume and complex litigation at Dogan Media Group, one of Turkey’s largest media conglomerates. Building on his international legal background, he is currently working at a U.S. law firm in Boston, where he supports employment-based immigration matters, particularly assisting extraordinary ability professionals and executives in navigating complex business immigration processes.
