İlke Okan

Ilke received her LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law as both a Fulbright Scholar and a merit scholar, and was the sole Fulbright Scholar selected from Türkiye in her year. She graduated with Dean’s List recognition. During her studies, she served as Vice President and co-founder of the Legal Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association and earned Berkeley Law’s Law and Technology Certificate with a focus on AI.

Her experience includes legaltech product development and designing software-based compliance tools that help early-stage companies scale responsibly. As an attorney, she advises clients on business formation, venture capital financings, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Ilke also has significant experience in technology law, supporting major technology companies and high-growth startups on data privacy, product counseling, and platform compliance matters.

Ilke is admitted to practice law in Türkiye and is pending admission to the California Bar.
