BUKEM GEBELEK

Bükem is a corporate lawyer based in London, specializing in corporate law and M&A. She earned her LLB from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017 and began her legal career at Clifford Chance’s Istanbul office, where she advised on high-profile M&A transactions and infrastructure projects. In 2022, she completed her LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School and currently practices at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in London, focusing on cross-border M&A and corporate matters.
