AYSIN KADIRBEYOGLU

Aysın Kadirbeyoğlu is a Legal Manager at Kinetics Energies, an initiative by Karadeniz Holding. Aysın is based in London and admitted to practice in New York and Istanbul. Before moving to the London office, she worked as an in-house counsel of Karadeniz Holding and focused on floating power solutions and energy projects accross EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.

Aysın has over eight year of in-house and private practice experience gained accross multiple jurisdictions having worked at Dentons (Istanbul), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (London), Three Crowns (London) and Sterlington (New York). She is specialized in the energy sector and her wider experience includes cross-border commerical transactions, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international dispute resolution and arbitration.

Aysın holds an LLM from New York University School of Law, a BA from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, and she is a graduate of Robert College in Istanbul.
