Lisa Neary



Lisa Neary is the Assistant Director of Admissions and Marketing at New England Law | Boston. As the Assistant Director, Lisa oversees all recruitment and admissions activities for all J.D. and LL.M. applicants. In addition, Lisa oversees the Student Ambassador Program, the Mentorship Program, as well as working with faculty directors to manage the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program.

Assistant Director Neary received her B.S. in Administration of Justice Studies summa cum laude from Arizona State University and her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she received several CALI Awards as well as recognition for completing over 100 hours of pro bono legal services during her time in law school.

She has always had a passion for serving underserved communities. In pursuing this passion, Lisa has served on numerous philanthropic boards, including: Emily’s Toys for Joy, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Philanthropic Educational Organization, Republic Media Volunteers, and Partners for Youth with Disabilities. Lisa is currently serving as the Young Lawyers Division Liaison for the Center on Children and the Law with the American Bar Association, sitting as a board member for the Civil Rights and Social Justice Council with the American Bar Association, and sitting as a committee member for the New Lawyers Community Service/Pro Bono Committee with the Minnesota Bar Association.

Assistant Director Neary understands the importance of international students strengthening their legal skills by gaining a deep understanding of the U.S. legal system. She works diligently to ensure that all LL.M. students have a seamless transition to the United States by ensuring that they have access to the tools that they need to be successful.
