Lucia Foulkes

Lucia Foulkes is the Associate Director of the LL.M. in International Law. Lucia holds a B.A. in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, and a J.D. and M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. Lucia administers all aspects of the LL.M. program at Fletcher; her responsibilities range from admissions and recruiting activities to student advising and event planning.
